Answer inbound calls and respond to customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Use questioning, trouble shooting and listening skills that support effective telephone communication and help in solving the customer's problems & complaints, provide follow up with inbound calls. Provide best possible service to customers to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
Handle portfolio of many companies.
Attend all the incoming calls and answer the inquiries professionally.
Follow up on the assigned portfolio at least once per month.
Work in accordance with the sales agent.
Attend the emails within 24 hours plus handling any concerns or inquiries on WhatsApp.
Involve in sales discussions when needed.
Update the data on system.
Keep the client aligned with all the details regarding any inquiry or any complaint.
Update the CS tracker monthly.
