Your phone system,
run by a certified partner.

We are a 3CX Silver Partner. We design, deploy, migrate and operate 3CX phone systems and cloud contact centres, and we have been doing it since before we wrote software.

What is 3CX?

3CX is a business phone system that replaces a traditional PBX. It handles voice calls, video meetings, live chat and WhatsApp messages in one platform, and runs either in the cloud or on your own server. It is used for everything from a small office phone system to a full contact centre.

Most companies do not want a phone system. They want calls answered, a record of who said what, and a bill that does not surprise them. 3CX is the platform we reach for, and being certified on it means we configure it the way it is meant to be configured rather than the way that happens to work.

Cloud, on-premise, or both

This is the first real decision, and it is a business decision more than a technical one.

CloudOn-premise
Where it runs On a server we operate for you On a server inside your office
Upfront cost Lower: no hardware to buy Higher: you buy the server
Who patches it We do We do, but we need access
If your internet drops Calls stop until it returns Internal calls keep working
Data residency Wherever we host it, and we tell you where Physically in your building
Best for Most businesses, and anyone with more than one site Regulated data, or a single site with poor connectivity

If you are not sure, it is almost always cloud. On-premise is the right answer when a regulator or a genuinely unreliable connection makes it the right answer, not by default.

What we actually do

The 3CX management console, the side of the system we operate

Design and sizing

How many simultaneous calls you really need, which is a different and usually smaller number than how many staff you have. Getting this right is most of the licensing cost.

Deployment

Cloud or on-premise, with the trunks, extensions, ring groups, IVR menus and call routing configured to how your team actually answers the phone.

Migration

Moving off an old PBX without losing your numbers and without a day where nobody can call you. This is the part people are most afraid of and it is mostly planning.

Contact centre

Queues, agent groups, wallboards, call recording, and reporting that tells you where calls are actually being lost.

Integration

Connecting the phone system to your CRM so a call opens the right record, and to WhatsApp and live chat so a conversation is one conversation.

Running it

Monitoring, updates, and the number you call when something breaks. This is the part most resellers do not do, and it is the reason we are worth calling.

One conversation, whatever channel it arrives on

A customer who calls on Monday, messages on WhatsApp on Tuesday and opens the live chat on Friday is one person with one history, not three tickets in three systems. The agent sees the whole thread, and so does whoever picks it up next.

Questions we get asked

What does a 3CX partner do that I could not do myself?

You can install 3CX yourself. A certified partner earns their place in the parts that are hard to undo: sizing the licence correctly, porting numbers without downtime, configuring call routing that survives contact with a real team, and being reachable when it breaks at nine in the morning.

How much does 3CX cost?

3CX is licensed by the number of simultaneous calls, not by the number of people using it, so adding staff does not automatically add licence cost. The right tier depends on your actual call volume, which we size with you before you buy anything. We do not publish a price because a number without your call pattern behind it would be a guess.

Can I keep my existing phone numbers?

Yes. Numbers are ported from your current provider, and the migration is planned so that calls keep arriving throughout. Porting timelines are set by the losing provider, not by us, so we plan around them rather than promise them.

Does 3CX handle WhatsApp?

Yes. WhatsApp, live chat, SMS and Facebook messages arrive in the same place as calls, so a customer who phones on Monday and messages on Friday is one conversation rather than two systems. If you want messaging as the primary channel rather than an addition to calls, our own product STS Connect is built for that.

Do you support 3CX systems you did not install?

Usually yes. We start by auditing what is there, tell you plainly what we found, and only then quote for taking it on. Sometimes the honest answer is that it needs rebuilding rather than adopting, and we would rather say so first.

Where do you work?

We are based in Dubai and run systems for businesses across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United Kingdom. Deployment and support are remote; site work in the UAE is arranged when the job genuinely needs someone on the floor.

Is a contact centre different from a phone system?

It is the same platform with different features switched on. A phone system routes calls to people. A contact centre adds queues, agent states, supervisor tools, call recording and reporting, so you can see where calls are being abandoned rather than guessing. Most companies start with the first and grow into the second.

Tell us how your calls actually arrive.

How many come in, when they peak, who answers them, and what happens when nobody does. That is enough for us to tell you what you need and what it will cost.
